It’s more than half-way through January, you’ve committed to your fitness goals thus far, paid all your bills (hypothetically) and have a little extra cash to spare. So go ahead and treat yo-self, I did an experiment so you wouldn’t have to compromise between eating and looking fly.. You’re welcome! I love a good pair of lulu’s, but even on sale it can be hard to justify spending $100 on a pair of leggings.
Somehow, using black magic I was able to purchase 5 pieces at forever 21 for under one benjamin. I made out with 3 pairs of leggings, 2 tops, and 1 bra. There are so many different outfit possiblies that you create with 5 pieces.
Nike ‘air max thea joli’ (nike outlet) Bra & leggings (forever21)
I found this bad ass bomber jacket at Marshall’s for less than twenty bucks, any athleisure lover needs at least one or two good bomber jackets. This one is light weight, moisture-wicking and perfect for throwing on post sweat.
Nike X Jcrew blazers (nike outlet) Rbx Bomber jacket (Marshall’s) Leggings (forever21)
My local Nike outlet has recently become my best-friend. It’s like treasure hunting, especially when you find the pair you’ve been eyeing for months gleaming from the clearance section (cue Hello by adele) I picked up two pairs for under $85. In total thats 7 pieces and two pairs of shoes for under $200.
Next time you are at lulu contemplating those leggings/panicking about your bank account, you may re-consider spending $100 on a singular pair of leggings. Or not, do whatever you want! I’m not your mom. Choose wisely friends..
